    This looks like a pretty good idea. I've seen Tyres used in various ways but this one is new to me.

    Done that a few times, at the gym I go to, I find it pretty helpful for fighting on the inside. I found it especially helpful when first starting out. Gets you used to taking shots.

    We do the same at my gym but with a hoola hoop. Same as above I found it very useful when I very first started as it gets u used to taking shots.

    Yeah we use a hoola Hoop too. Usually one guy dictates which way to step, and fires punches, whilst the other guy focuses on re-acting.

    I believe the kid in black is a son of my father's old classmate or co-worker.

    Works very well, I'd prefer them to slow it down so they can work on the angles and picking the shots
