NFL Offseason Thread

He's the quarterback of the team that could got to the Super Bowl. But, they won't because of him. Fournette is a rookie and he'll have 4 years taken off his career for having to play with Bortles. He's as incompetent as you can get as a #1 Depth Chart Starting QB...
he isnt the worst though

he is miles better than mariotta, for instance

I mean,he IS kinda shit, but he at least has a positive TD/INT ratio...........

It was indeed Castille. Very sorry Schottenheimer's struggling with Alzheimer's now, but glad he's got such great family support. And if much longer suffering Philly fans can wait for Reid to do his best with Donovan McNabb, Chiefs fans can wait for Reid, who Browns or Bengals fans might take in a heartbeat.

KC sentimentalists would like Len Dawson to be at the microphone when the Chiefs go all the way again. Nobody understands better than he it might not happen, but we just don't know yet. Reid needs to produce an answer for Pittsburgh.

Byner with the same class Green Bay's WR Don Beebe expressed in a winning SB locker room, thinking of how sick he was for his former Buffalo teammates after finally winning it all with the Pack against the 1996 Patriots.
I knew you’d get where I was coming from with my post Duo.

And that's why I don’t want to hear any more shit about you not posting on this thread.:bat
Then please kindly take that bat of yours, bash that cocksucker Goodell into a bloody pulp with it before shoving it up his ass, keep the Raiders in Oakland, and return the Rams to St. Louis and Chargers back to San Diego (since Los Angelenos don't give a fuck about any team that's not a street gang - keep in mind that Mike Hate wears an LA Dodgers cap), and give the Browns and Bengals owners with a conscience and semblance of respect for fans.

I post kinky shit? The Raiders in any city but Oakland is like an iguana fucking a cat which lays eggs that hatches furry scorpions who nurse on dog bitch teats.

Kinky shit? The horseshoe logo on the Colts helmet stands for Unitas. Irsay moving them to Indianapolis is like whatever Caligulan clusterfuck resulted in the platypus.

Makes me sick, like the idea of the Bills, Bears, Browns, Steelers, Giants and Packers with cheerleaders. (Any cheerleader who can't entertain a crowd just by jumping up and down with the resulting bouncing boobs in just a sweater and pleated skirt is a tranny anyway.) At least cheerleaders in the 1960's actually knew something about the game, team and players they were cheering. Len Dawson's daughter was one of the original Chiefettes. (When I was in school, the main requirements for qualifying as a high school cheerleader were the combination of having sprouted giant knockers, yet being able to fill out tight jeans in a way that induced boners with their butts, while having long hair or giant afros with no zit face or braces, and between the ages of 14 and 18...)

Has the NFL done ANYTHING right since moving the Seahawks into the rainy outdoors from that shitty Kingdome? (It's the fucking gridiron. You're supposed to play in snow, rain, wind, ice, Arctic temperatures, dirt, mud and shit. Hell Unitas played semipro ball on an unmowed grass/broken glass surface. Made a man outta one. If you didn't want your face on a broken bottle or pile of dogshit, then don't get tackled. Even WW II combat veterans who played with Johnny U in Baltimore enthused that he was the toughest player of all time.)

cam newton has tossed 94 ints in 109 starts

elway tossed 226 ints in 234 games

lets not even talk about farve, who tossed 336 in 302 games

TFB has managed only 160INTS in 253 starts :think

I’m just saying he doesn’t have a positive ratio mate. And if you read the posts you’ll see I’m the one who’s asking why he’s so hated by even his own team mates without having a go at him.

just looked at the year end stats for QBs

Bortles is 20th out of 32 listed...........as far as QB rating

he is AHEAD of

Carson Palmer
Jacoby Brissett
Jay Cutler
Cam Newton
Eli Manning
Joe Flacco
Marcus Mariota
Mitch Trubisky
Trevor Siemian
Brett Hundley
C.J. Beathard
DeShone Kiz

he was actually 11th,out of the same 32,for total yards

16th for TDs

the guy is comfortably middle of the pack..........

Id take him over Cutler in a second
And since you brought up Cutler, I'm coming right out and saying Tony Romo is the television sportscaster rookie of the year, and deserves an Emmy for it. I wonder if Cutler EVER could have performed as Tony has in the broadcast booth with Jim Nantz for CBS. Romo has been the best part of many games, and his calls with accurate snap second predictions of action have gotten me to watch games I'd have otherwise skipped.

yeah,he is upsidedown............but not badly so and not as bad as a guy like farve was and that guy is a HOF guy............

the guy has been stuck with a rather shit team and he isnt real good but ffs,Id pick him over a bunch of guys nobody seems to have a go at.................

middle of the pack average QB who must have some real bad BO or some shit to get dumped on so hard while folks pretend mariotta is the second coming or cam newton can throw

He’s been fantastic.Almost always accurate with his predictions and insight and probably made the right choice not going to Denver as he’d probably be in traction right now.
Although he sounds so enthusiastic it’s almost as if he wishes he was still playing.
Fuck Phil Simms!

You're right about Romo. He's been very accurate in predicting what offensive plays will be called-----and why they should under the conditions at the time. He offers the insight of a key player that is in tune with today's game as opposed to guys that have been retired for many years.

He is the worst QB still of the teams still alive by far. He is one of the particularly bad starting qbs. Opening day probably Tom Savage and whoever the Browns had were worse off the top of my head. Glennon in Chicago too...
