Dude is short, but he's a whirlwind on the inside. It's a very good fight. I've only seen maybe two of Dejan's fights. Mikey needs to be in top form for this. I remember some were ranking Dejan as the #1 of the division before Barthelemy beat Shafikov and Bey.
Zlaticanin is a dangerous fight for Garcia so close from returning.Even do Mickey eventually dominated Rojas because of the power but first few rounds were a little ropey for him.Great match and great fight.
Hmm, don't know shit about Zlaticanin. Says it could possibly be on the same Showtime card as Garcia-Berto if that happens, which would need the help of Mikey Garcia if that's the main event...
His opponent in that title fight was very poor, but he's built up a very decent resume, Petrov, Burns, Redkach. Still, as good as I think he is, Mikey should still have enough, but props for taking it
Thats what Mikey needs, stay in business with quality, not yet elite opposition, he will be back on p4p list soon.
Not like Gamboa, sitting at home for a year and then comes back against a bigger and talented TC.
Mikey not messing about. Will be solid test of his fitness if this goes into the championship rounds. I have never saw him look tired before but with having only had a few rounds in a couple of years, you never know.
