My work schedule has been absolutely ridiculous lately... another 65 hour week has left me feeling burnt out, I have no time to exercise... and when I'm tired and have about 20 minutes to relax at the end of a day I invariably eat.
I weighed in at 102.1kgs yesterday morning, so haven't gained it back, but have stopped the weight loss.
I desperately need a god start to next week, starting tomorrow.

Day 73:
After a couple more days of horrendous eating, I got into the gym at 6am this morning. Fuck me dead was it ever crowded. Horrible. Did 10 mins of bike cardio followed by a leg routine consisting of elevated heel squats (5x10), leg presses (5x20), leg extensions (5x10) and smith squats (5x8).

Eating was fairly good, having three boiled eggs for breakfast, then some squid and jalapeno poppers for lunch... had two slices of vegetarian pizza at about 3pm, then for dinner ordered Indian takeaway (chicken tikka masala) without rice... only to find the staff threw a serve of rice in with it anyway. Had the equivalent of about two tablespoons. :rolleyes Threw the rest out.

Overall: 138 points

Day 78:
Weighed in on Saturday morning at 104.1kgs.

Gained even more. My sole objective now is to make any improvement whatsoever on that by next Saturday morning.
Had two more nights of terrible eating and even a few pints on Sunday, but today improved a bit with effective carb depletion, but over-consumed on fat.

Did a solid leg routine at the gym with 5x10 elevated heel squats on the smith machine, 5x20 leg presses, 5x10 leg extensions, 5x20 calf raises and 5x8 regular smith machine squats with heavier weight. Finished it off with 10 mins on the incumbent bike.

Diet: 2
Exercise: 2
Total: 4

Overall: 142 points

Day 79:
Started out fairly well, with a 100g topside steak and two fried eggs, before it all went a bit askew. I'm still in the habit of treading water it seems. Had a small serve of squid at about midday followed by a breadless lamb burger without any fries... so far, so good.
Fell into my bad afternoon habit of eating bento boxes from the Japanese take away at the end of the day though... had a very small amount of rice with the two box meals, then had a chocolate bar on the way home... cooked up some sausages in the oven and had four of them, leaving two for breakfast tomorrow.

Did a solid 20 mins on incumbent bike before doing a new chest routine to break up the rhythm a bit... 3x10 heavy dumbbell bench presses, 3x6 smith bench, 3x10 cable flyes and 3x8 incline dumbbell presses. All exercises were performed with a heavier weight than usual.

Almost at the end of this 3 month burst and not giving up on the goal of an overall 10kg loss.

Total: 3

Overall: 145 points

Well, couldn't post for a couple days there, but had another 4 point day on the 21st, and then had a planned boozy weekend where I ate and drank whatever I wanted.

So I'll bundle those 4 points in with the rest.

Had a big 6/6 day yesterday and a 3 today, for a grand total of 13 to add to the 145...

Total: 158 points

Massive day at work tomorrow, so hopefully I can post a more rounded post by the weekend, and am hoping to at least post a decent weigh in for the end of the month.
 
Good see you sticking with this and posting. I've had some shocking weeks over last couple months because of mammoth work hours.

Better at moment as making it gym weekends and trying get hold on what I'm eating.

Mate, me too. Just been for surgery, minor work done but it's prevented me from exercising until it heals, also got a bum knee... and I've let these things let me become a total prick in terms of diet... the last couple of days have been good though!
Also had a full book in terms of work! That's right, surgery that prevents me from exercise, but still working a full, physical work roster, did another bloody 15 hour day on Friday!
About three months until I fly to Europe again for my festivals, so the priority is diet!
