Chunky looking in career best shape, looks motivated and confident. Some good stuff about Mayweather and his sister.

Rooting for him massively here, we've got two real, top world class active fighters in Degale and Frampton at the minute.

If Degale wins (and Groves beats Chudinov) then we've got a real "golden era" for the 168lbers again.

Anyone heading out there for this?

Really looking forward to this one now. Going to stay up for this (which I don't often do these days) and make a night of it. Zlaticanon vs Garcia should be good too and I reckon Chunky will do a number on him, 6 rounds or less.

thats on the Frampton undercard. We've got Pedraza vs Gerona Davis here - which should be interesting.

For someone who seems a bit of a tit and doesn't have any real sort of following, he'll have played his career perfectly here for maximizing income. Big fights next with Groves, Smith, Eubank and GGG would all sell well and all would probably be PPV too.

Potentially as good an era as the Benn/Eubank/Watson/Collins era?

Not sure the fight styles or the characters are quite the same to be as good. And always have rose tinted glasses when looking back.

Should hopefully be a good few fun fights though.

Defo staying up for this hope Degale wins he deserves to be unified champion for travelling to the States but think with the Mayweather connection if the fights close Jack will get the nod. Hoping for some big fights in the 168lb division 2017 with Thomson rolling out New York breaks if there is anymore Brits fighting I may try and get the Mrs to go on a city break lol.

Think Degale will beat Callum Smith easily and would go to the 02.

He looks terrific. It's staggering he got so far not doing specific S&C, following a proper nutrition programme and recovery like massages etc.

Really looking forward to this and rooting hard for DeGale who seems to want this win for the glory. Refreshing stuff in a business masquerading as a sport. I expect nothing less than a class performance and DeGale win. Anyway, WAR CHUNKY - FUCKING WAR!!

Big fan of James now. I'll be honest, I wasnt a big fan of him before but I think I mistook his confidence for arrogance. He still has this arrogance about him though but for the majority of the time he's just being himself. Refreshingly honest. Says what he really thinks. There arent many who are good at boxing and honest about every question asked of them

If Degale wins he's in a great position, can unify with Groves on PPV, would they put Degale-Smith on PPV? Chief support to Joshua-Klitschko would be great. He'd comfortably beat both imo and make a hell of a lot of money

Really like Degale now, he deserves more appreciation.

Took Liverpool legend Paul Smith apart early in his career, took a big fight and risked his 0 with Groves not long after.

Smashed Gonzales on the big stage, went to America to beat Dirrell and then Canada to beat Bute.

Doesn't seem fearful of tough fights, wants to prove himself as elite. He's come a long way from the mouthy bellend he was.

That's the thing. He still is the same mouthy bellend he was before. Difference is that now he's backed up his talk.
