    Bit of a blow outtoday, halloween so loads of treats in for the kids. Too tempting in my current fix. Ate well apart from the end of day flurry into the mini chocs and gummies. Soup then a long wait til I had a jacket potato with a big tub of cottage cheese, that blew my carb depletion. It was better than going for a plate of chips. Did well on the fruit snacks, shame I mucked up with the treats, then again I'm well off where I intended to be and have not started training again yet.

    It feels like I am back at stage one of the process, first day. I think the gain I made are gone. I still look better than I did. Fitness appears low and my stomach is not tight by any stretch of the imagination. The being ill and then the injury really topped me in my tracks. Right now I'm in a meh attitude, which is what happens when you get out of a regular training rhythm.

    So tomorrow I start back in to the idea of what this thread is about. I'm not going to focus on getting points first day. Just going to sort out my gym gear, put a plan of action down of what I want to do and when and take a look at getting my diet in order. Taking a long term approach to this. Thursday should be good to start cardio just to get my limbs moving. Friday will be a big gym session.

    @RappingKungFuToaster you still going on this?

    Struggled to get back in to the routine so far. Only light cardio on a few days over the period shown above, diet has been moderate to terrible. Took the wife and kids out twice for treats as we dropped on not having anything on, good family bonding but no good for a training and health regime. The couple of cardio sessions I got in were a grear workout, my fitness has dropped to pre this training log standard. Diet has mixed some great meals and snacking with a bunch of sweets and choc while out. Not too many piints to add that that time period.

    Nov 6 - 9 2017

    Gradual move back into training now and diet has been steady. Looking to get a real improvement on from now on. Same routine of meals with very little to shake things up from the chicken breast and fruit to snack on, I have still coped a retard moment with the odd treat which is shite. Got a few cardio sessions in, not heavy but enough to get the engine ticking.

    Diet: 6 points
    Excercise: 4 points
    Total: 10 points

    Overall: 92 points.

    The cardio has started again. Really want to get back in to the gym and on the weights though which is the continuing aim. Diet has been hit and miss. I have done most of the right things, but without that gym session high I seem to slip easy in to making the wrong decisions at times. Mostly chicken breasts and fish over the few days, soup has been a godsend in not piling into bad foods. Saturday I fended off too many carbs by indulging in a load of low fat sausages. Lovely. The bad moments have been a portion of chips on the Saturday and a couple of shortbread biscuits.

    13-14/11/17

    Light cardio again both days, rushed off my feet and no time to fit a gym session in due to family life. Diet has been decent. Keeping track of what I am eating but fancy changing it up during the day hours which is pretty much chicken and veg soup, cereal and fruit. Snacked on cooked chicken then had chicken breast with greens for lunch Monday. Yesterday the same thing but cooked a spicy tomato lean beef mince dish and loved it. Fancy that again asap.

    Total: 7points

    Overall: 106 points

    Broke 100 points whoop. Need to really kick on and set on some real time for fitness otherwise I am not going to get a benefit and will probably slack off.

    Day 47:
    Holy shit, so as a 90 day challenge (roughly) that puts us essentially halfway!

    Well, I said it last month; when I have a cheat day, its absolute carnage, and so now I'm here to confess my sins! :lol:

    I could bang on about the complete lack of proper exercise, or the absolute abandon with my consumption of bad food and cider, but instead, I'm going to do something not originally stipulated in the terms of the thread, and actually deduct some points!

    I'm subtracting 10 from my 89 total points from my day 31 entry. I know I completed at least two more days of good behaviour before my insane fortnight of debauchery, but fuck it, this has been bad.

    I do know however that I'm still working with a weight loss "profit", and in the scope of twelve weeks, I can't be too discouraged about two weeks.

    But now is the time to turn it around.

    Work has been utterly insane, but those days can be worked to advantage with good diet as my job is so physical, but no such advantage was utilised.

    I'm not gonna put too much pressure on myself for the remainder of this 60+ hour week, but Sunday has to be the day to steady the ship.

    Once I've flushed some goop from my system I'll weigh in!

    Seeing as we are confessing. I'll get one out of the way too. Still not hit the weights, giving myself a sham excuse not to go too. I did get bits and pieces of cardio, but not to the level that would be part of a successful fitness regime.

    Diet has been OK. Cut back on all the carbs pretty much so that is a bonus. Not happy with my fat intake though, still good room for improvement before I am happy.
