It looks like we are at a point in time where we have a lot of the big names in boxing coming towards the end of their careers and some who are carrying on well past their sell by date.

If you were to put on a card to give all these guys one last shot at glory and the chance to go out on a big win against a fellow hof/former champ/big name with a rule that everyone on the card retires afterwards, win or lose, which bouts would you make? Which fights would still entertain and what do you think would happen in these match ups?

Only rules are no bringing anyone out of a lengthy retirement and no rematches.

I'll start with;

Zab Judah vs Shane Mosley at Welterweight

Not really fair on Wlad. This is a thread for fighters having one more fight before calling it a day. Paul Smith is still a prime, world level operator. Just biding his time fighting Latvian hod carriers until a lucrative shot at the WBA interim title comes up.

In all seriousness, i know martin murray has just been signed up to fight rosado but i don't see why Murray vs Paul Smith hasn't been made. Should be an easy enough deal to put together and a good match up and real last chance saloon affair. The winner could have another crack at euro/world level and the loser can call it a day.
